Privacy
Last updated October 2026. This page covers the waitlist sign-up only. The app is not built yet.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you sign up.
- Your marketing choice: whether you ticked the box for build notes and launch updates, and when.
- Your price answer, if you pick one after signing up.
- Your answers to the 60-second check, if you take it: the four weekly counts and the estimated rank and score they produce.
- The people who inspire you and what you’re building, if you enter them in the 60-second check.
- Page and campaign tags: which page you saw and the tags in the link that brought you (such as utm_source).
- Referrer: the site that sent you here, if your browser shares it.
- A random browser id stored on your device, so one visit is not counted twice. It is not linked to your name.
Why
To email you when the iPhone beta opens, to send build notes only if you asked for them, and to learn which page and which price make sense before we build.
Where it is stored
In a database run by Supabase, hosted in Montreal, Canada. The page and the form are served by Vercel, in the United States, and we will use an email tool to send the beta invite. These providers may process data outside Quebec. We choose providers that protect it and use it only on our instructions.
What we never do
We never sell your data, and we never use it for advertising or share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Until the app launches, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
Under Quebec’s Law 25 you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to the person below and we will answer within 30 days.
