Atma: Self-Improvement Coming to iPhone

Become who you know you can be.

One circle for body, mind, spirit and the work you’re building. Your rank climbs from Lead to Gold, but only when your weakest part grows. Philemon, your AI mentor, sits at the center.

Philemon · AI mentor

Spirit is thin: 5 sits in 28 days.

The Atma main screen. A Copper rank badge, score 55, Quicksilver at 60. A skill wheel with Body 88, Mind 60, Spirit 25 and Build 70 filled in gold; Spirit, the weakest, is marked. Philemon’s star sits at the center. His cue for today: sit five minutes after your lift. Four buttons log a session; each shows what one more log adds to your score.

Four parts · one circle

Harmonize the four parts of you.

Each part has a weekly target. Meet it, and that quarter of your circle fills to the rim. You see all four at once, so nothing gets left behind.

“we all consider the parts of life, but never life as a whole.”
Seneca, Moral Letters to Lucilius 71.2, tr. Richard M. Gummere
  1. Body

Train it: workouts and sport, 30+ minutes.

    4 a week

  2. Mind

Read, write, learn: 10+ pages or 300+ words.

    5 a week

  3. Spirit

Sit, pray, reflect: 5+ quiet minutes.

    5 a week

  4. Build

Craft the one thing you’re building: 45+ minutes.

    5 a week

Philemon · your AI mentor

A mentor at your center.

Philemon reads every log. He sees your strengths and your weak spots. Each week he gives you one thing to do.

Every day · one cue

Sit five minutes after your lift.

Philemon’s Sunday read

Body is strong: fourteen lifts. Spirit is thin: five sits, all on rest days. Sit five minutes after each lift. Three sits by Sunday: Quicksilver.

Your strength, your weak spot, one thing to do, and what it earns.

Seven ranks

Chisel yourself a level higher.

Seven metals, from Lead to Gold. Your weakest part sets the pace. Reach Gold and become a master of yourself.

  1. Rank I: Lead0–14
  2. Rank II: Tin15–29
  3. Rank III: Iron30–44
  4. Rank IV: Copper45–59Sample
  5. Rank V: Quicksilver60–74
  6. Rank VI: Silver75–89
  7. The goalRank VII: Gold90–100

Each part gets a level from 0 to 100: your sessions in a typical week against its target. Your score blends the four, so the weakest part counts most.

The 60-second check

What’s your rank, really?

Four questions about a typical week. Your circle, your metal, and the part holding it down, with a first step from Philemon.

III · SpiritIn a typical week, how many times do you …sit in silence, pray or reflect for 5+ minutes?
IV · BuildIn a typical week, how many times do you …work 45+ minutes on the one thing you’re building?

A note from the founder

I’m Zach, founder of Einspace, a small software company in Quebec. I’m building Atma: one circle for body, mind, spirit and the work you’re building, with an AI mentor at the center. It isn’t built yet. This waitlist tells me whether to build it.

Here we keep your email, your answer to the price question and, if you take the check, your answers. Nothing is sold or used for ads. In the app, Philemon reads only what you log. Privacy

Who is Philemon?

Your AI mentor, named after the inner guide in Carl Jung’s Red Book. He reads your logs and gives you one thing to do. He is software, not a person.

Is it therapy or medical advice?

No. Atma is a habit tracker with written guidance. It is not therapy and not medical or mental-health advice. If you are struggling, talk to a doctor or a licensed professional.
